To begin a virtual chat with your physician please make sure you have access to a desktop or laptop computer, Android device, or iOS device. Please make sure you have scheduled a visit beforehand by calling our office at (904) 260-5757.

To initiate a virtual visit please follow these steps:

1. Please make sure you have webcam and audio turned enabled your device.
2. Type and enter your name when prompted to check-in.
3. Please enable camera when prompted by clicking “Allow”.
4. Your provider will be notified when you have entered.
